Consistent service, always reliable

This was my third time using Cascade Moving Labor, and they delivered again. I booked them for a labor-only unload in Eugene, just like last year. The crew was on time, professional, and careful with my furniture, same as my previous experiences. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect.

Amazing! So fast and friendly

I hired Cascade Moving Labor for an office relocation last month, and they were incredible! The team was super energetic and got everything moved so much faster than I thought possible. They packed up all the office supplies and even helped with the furniture assembly at the new location. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was so stressed about this move, but they made it painless. I will absolutely use them again for any future needs!

Good local move experience

I used Cascade Moving Labor for a local move from Springfield to Eugene. Booking online was straightforward; I selected the local moving service and got a quote quickly. They called to confirm details a couple of days before. On moving day, the team showed up ready to work. They brought their own equipment, wrapped furniture, and handled everything efficiently. The truck loading was done well, and nothing was damaged on arrival. Communication was good throughout. The cost was fair for the service provided. I didn't need customer support, so I can't speak to that, but the whole process was smoother than I expected.

Do they charge extra if I'm a bit outside Eugene, like in Springfield? Or is there a travel fee for that?

M Mark 3 months ago
They serve Springfield. I think there might be a small travel fee, but it's usually built into the quote so it's not a surprise.

Nah, Springfield is pretty much local for them. I didn't get charged anything extra when I moved there from Eugene.

Are there any promo codes floating around for Cascade? Or like, a first-time customer deal?

M Mark Hughes 2 months ago
I don't think they do promo codes like online. I got a first-time discount but I think you gotta ask for it when you get the quote.

Yeah, they mostly do flat rates. I got a military discount though, so definitely ask if you qualify for any of their special groups.

How quick are they with booking? Need some help moving stuff around the house next week, kind of last minute.

D Dan 2 months ago
Same-day service is sometimes possible, especially for smaller jobs. But for next week, you should be fine if you call soon. They're based in Eugene, so local moves are easier.

I booked them like 3 days out once for a small loading job. It really depends on how busy they are, summer is rough.

Is Cascade Moving Labor actually insured? Just wondering about liability if something goes wrong during the move.

P Priya 2 months ago
Yeah, they're licensed and insured. It says so on their site, I think it was in the FAQ section.

Pretty sure they are. Most legit moving companies always are. You don't want to mess with uninsured movers.

Trying to compare Cascade with U-Haul Moving Help. Anyone used both? What's the vibe?

C Carly Beaumont 2 months ago
I've heard Cascade is more of a local, small business feel. U-Haul Moving Help is just a platform, so it depends on the crew they send you through that. Cascade probably has more consistent teams.

Cascade felt more personal when I got a quote, like they actually cared. U-Haul is just... U-Haul. You know what I mean?
